The ID Theft Assist plan assists you if you become a victim of identity theft. Premiums of $4.15 per pay period (bi-weekly, 26 pay periods) are deducted on a post-tax basis. Features of the plan include:

• Up to $1,000,000 identity theft insurance coverage available for fraud-related losses and expenses, such as lost wages or legal expenses, as well as unauthorized electronic funds transfers.
• Unlimited access to a U.S. based team of Fraud Resolution Specialists.
• Assistance for all paperwork filing and reporting to restore your credit to the same level it was before you became a victim.
• Assistance when you are outside the U.S. (i.e., assisting with getting your passport replaced).
• Toll free number is available 24/7 to report an issue.
